Student Camp Scholarship Application 2026

Please complete this registration in order to apply for financial assistance for Student Camp 2026. Prior to completing this application, take a moment to read the terms below:

• This application is not a registration for Student Camp. If your student is granted a scholarship, we will contact you (using the information you provide in this application) with next steps and instructions to register your student for Student Camp. You will have 2 weeks to confirm whether you will accept the scholarship. After the 2 week deadline, your scholarship will be offered to other students that need scholarships.

• Please only apply for a scholarship if you have a genuine financial need. If families apply when they do not have a significant financial need, it could prevent other families from receiving the help they need.

• This application requires a $100 deposit for each student. If you are granted a scholarship, this deposit will be applied to the student's registration. If we are unable to grant a scholarship, this deposit will be refunded.

• Our goal is to be good stewards of the limited scholarship funds that are donated. While we would love to be able to grant every scholarship request, we often have to make difficult decisions. Please note that the following will be factored into our decision on which scholarships are granted:
  • Student's genuine financial need.
  • The student's participation in WEC Student Groups.
  • The student's volunteer history at WEC.
  • The amount you are able to pay toward the student's registration. (The more you are able to pay, the further every dollar goes to getting more students to Student Camp.)

• If your student is granted a scholarship, you will have the ability to split your remaining balance into as many payments as you like, so long as it is paid by Thursday, May 28th.
